Support that meets you where you are.
Life can become difficult in ways that are not always visible to others. Stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, burnout, grief, trauma, and major life changes can affect how we think, feel, work, parent, and connect with the people around us.
Auric Psychotherapy & Counselling provides psychotherapy, counselling, and clinical consultation services for adults, couples, families, students, and professionals across British Columbia.
Some people reach out with a clear concern. Others come because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what needs to change. Therapy can offer time and space to better understand what is happening, strengthen coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change.
Services are offered virtually throughout British Columbia.

How I Work
My approach is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each client’s needs. I draw from evidence-informed, trauma-informed, relational, and culturally responsive approaches to support clients in understanding the difficulties they are facing and identifying practical ways forward.
Therapy is not about being told what to do. It is a process of slowing things down, making sense of patterns, and developing clearer ways of responding to personal, relational, and emotional challenges.
